  •  Eat a bigger breakfast. You may be surprised by this because you do not know why your breakfast will affect the chances that you will get pregnant. Eating breakfast will affect your hormones and there is a bigger chance that you will become more fertile because you allow your body to get the vitamins and minerals that it deserves.
  •   Be conscious of the food that you eat. You may just eat whatever your heart desires but this will not be too ideal for you when you are trying to get pregnant. Stay away from trans fats and start consuming food with healthy fats.
  •  Consider including more fiber in your diet. Fiber will have the ability to remove the excess hormones that may be affecting your ability to become pregnant. Take note that eating too much fiber can also be bad for you.
  •  Try taking multivitamins. Are you currently experiencing infertility and you do not know why? You may not be getting as many vitamins and nutrients that your body needs. Choose the right multivitamins that will provide you with what you need that you are not getting from food.
  •  Always take time to relax. When was the last time that you have taken a break? There are some women who are even advised to take time off from work. Doctors know that women have a higher chance of getting pregnant when they are more relaxed.  You can take a vacation with your partner or you can just find time to do a hobby that you have not done for a long time.
  •  Decrease the caffeine that you are placing in your system. Being addicted to coffee will make it harder for you to become pregnant. You can stick to decaf coffee or find other beverages that you can consume often.

Aside from the food you eat, do not forget to become active. You can become active in sex but there are still other physical activities that you can do. Spend at least 30 minutes exercising and you may become surprised with the difference that this will make.…
